Guaranteed Lowest Price Policy Details |

1) Proof of lower price must be from either a current advertisement, printed Internet site, or verifiable written price quote. Proof must be "in hand" and not just referred to verbally. If we cannot verify it, we are under no obligation to beat the price.
2) If further verification is necessary, the burden of proof is on the customer.
3) Policy does NOT apply to out-of-stock merchandise, close-outs, quitting or going out of business sales, damaged models, demonstrator or floor models, stock liquidations, or employee discounts.
4) Business with the lower price must be an authorized dealer for the particular item in question.
5) Item in question must be the exact same brand, model number, and version with the exact same features.
6) Comparison must be model-to-model and service-to-service. For sewing machines, it must also match the same number and level of services provided in our Lifetime Support Package. As in our Centers, services need to be provided by certified instructors and technicians.
7) It is up to our discretion as to how much we will beat the price. |
