SEWING INSTRUCTOR:   Are you enthusiastic about sewing?  Do you want to share that enthusiasm with others?  We have an abundance of sewing knowledge that we want to share in fun and informative classes.  We will provide the curriculum.  You provide the teaching, patience, and understanding needed to help our students learn sewing in a fun, nurturing, and social environment.  Have a class of your own that you’d like to teach?  We’re always excited to see the abilities of others and how we can share those skills with our students.

Here’s another teaching opportunity.  We provide free instructional classes with any new machine.  These lessons provide our customers with all the knowledge and skills needed to take full advantage of the many benefits of their new machine.  These lessons do not teach sewing.  They teach how to use the features of a machine.

PARTS/SUPPORT PERSON:  Are you organized?  Does multi-tasking come naturally for you?  If so, you’d be a great candidate for our full-time Parts and Support Associate position.  We inventory hundreds of parts that are sourced from a dozen or more vendors.  We need an ambitious and efficient partner to utilize our systems to keep our customers happy with an uninterrupted flow of parts and supplies.  This position entails compiling, processing, and placing parts orders, compiling and processing warranty claims, interacting with customers on the phone, producing reports and other printed materials, and data entry.  This position entails working closely with other staff members to maximize our customer service systems.
