WARRANTY REPAIRS

Need a repair done under warranty?  Just bring it in to our Center.  If the problem with your vacuum cleaner or steam vac is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, your repair will be performed at NO CHARGE to you!

We provide warranty repairs for the following vacuum manufacturers regardless of where the unit was purchased:

Hoover
Eureka
Electrolux
Bissell
Dirt Devil
Dyson
Royal
Sanitaire

We provide warrant repairs for the following vacuum manufacturers ONLY if they were purchased at one of our Centers.  This is due to the manufacturer's warranty policies (see note below):

Lindhaus
Miele
Riccar
Sanyo
Fuller Brush
Dust Care

Note:  These manufacturer's hold the selling dealer responsible for the warranty of their product.  This means that if you purchase ANY of the brands above (in red type), you MUST take it back to the dealer from which you purchased it.  This is especially important to keep in mind when purchasing one of these units from the Internet.

Why a Factory Trained Technician is critical

What is a factory trained technician?  It is someone who has been trained directly by the manufacturer.  We have been trained by more manufacturer's than ANYONE else in the region.  This assures you that your machine will be repaired by an experienced technician using the latest gauges and diagnostic equipment.  Manufacturers supply factory repair centers like ours with the latest repair information, such as the availability of improved replacement parts, safety recalls, and usage suggestions that can minimize the need for costly repairs.

NOT using a factory trained technician can cause serious damage to your machine, especially when electronics are involved.  Many vacuums use electronics in places you may not be aware.  For example, many switches are attached to an electronic circuit board.  We use special anti-static grounding equipment so that your electronic equipment doesn't short out.  Regular static electricity that you generate from walking across a carpet can short out and ruin an electronic circuit board if this equipment is not used.  Factory trained technicians adjust and repair your machine to EXACT original manufacturer standards.  This ensures your machine will perform to your expectations.  Untrained technicians "ballpark" the adjustments or "get close enough".  This results in a loss of suction, improper brush speed, inferior filtration and possible damage to your machine.

Want to know FOR SURE if your technician is factory trained?  Ask for VERIFICATION.  DON'T just take their word for it.  Factory trained technicians are proud of the certificates they earn and are MORE than happy to show you proof of their training.  Your machine is an investment.  Why trust your investment to some repair shop with no manufacturer training?

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

Most manufacturers recommend having a vacuum cleaner tuned up about once every two years.  This keeps your vacuum's cleaning effectiveness at its peak and helps to extend its life.  It is also recommended to change your vacuum's belt every 6 months.  Typical vacuum belts stretch over time and decrease the brush speed.  This lessens your vacuum's cleaning effectiveness.  Replacing your belt regularly is a quick and inexpensive way to keep your vacuum cleaner working properly.
